Our personal trainers will really help and guide you with a personalized workout schedule that has been tailor-made for your goals. You want to get the most out of your workouts? Then we will also help you with your nutrition. This does not mean we will serve you premade eating schedules. Trainer en coach

We at Outside The Box are trainer and coach. As a trainer, we pay attention to technique and execution. However, as a coach we also look at other factors such as stress, sleep and other things that are important to your health.

Our trainers are the push that we can all use once in a while. Are you interested whether our trainers can help you? Contact us for more information.

Training with Ivo Outside the Box is energising and empowering. I recommend it to anyone who wants or needs to be fit (I went from need to want myself…).
